Depending on the manufacturer, and how a shipping container is stored on land and maintained, boxes typically last a total of 20 to 30 years before needing total replacement. Many containers are available in like-new condition, while others may be in service for up to 10 to 12 years before facing retirement. Check out our helpful guide on the lifespan of shipping containers.

We can add extra doors, windows, turbine vents or partitions.

Yes. We water-test all of our storage containers before they leave our delivery yard to be sure they do not leak. The containers are completely enclosed and will keep wind, rain and snow out so your contents stay dry and secure.

We can provide shelving in many different configurations to suit your storage needs. Shelves can be installed in the container high or low, wrap-around, or on just one side – whatever works for you.

The containers come in a variety of colors determined by the shipping lines. Our inventory changes constantly and we cannot control what color the containers are when we purchase them. However, we can paint containers to match your location.

The amount of space required is minimal. For a 20′ storage container, you will need approximately 80 feet of straight clearance. For a 40′ container, you will need approximately 100 feet of straight clearance. The width requirement is approximately 12 feet.

We deliver our units using a tilt-bed truck and/or tilt-bed trailer. With the trailer raised, the container slides off the trailer resting on one end. Then, the truck/trailer will need to pull straight out from under the container. We can deliver the containers on straight trucks or chassis, at a reduced cost, if you can offload the container.

The only thing you need to worry about is that the surface is fairly level, smooth, and firm. We can deliver on dirt as long as it is not too soft. We can also deliver on cement, pavement, asphalt, gravel or packed dirt.

Normal delivery time can be as quick as two to five days provided you are not having any modifications done to the unit. If you need something sooner, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

We deliver to anywhere in the United States.

All of our storage containers come equipped with standard lock rods. For an additional charge, we can weld a steel lock box to the outside of the unit. The lock box conceals and protects your lock from being tampered with.

We collect the total sales price including delivery charge and sales tax before delivery. We accept personal or business checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
